And most importantly keywords research will help you to know approximately how many people searching about a particular topic. That's why you'll know the potential market for that topic and if you write an ebook around that subject how many customers you can get who will be interested in your eBook.

What problems do your customers or blog readers face that don’t have a clear solution on the Google search?

Either analyze the data that you already have on your website or you collected from somewhere. You can survey your website by asking your audience what they want or what kind of problem they're facing and don't find a solution yet. By analyzing all those data you can find what topic you should pick to write an eBook.

While seeing these patterns by analyzing those data may tempt you to answer all those questions quickly. But it's a business for you and that's why instead of answering all of these questions you'll write your eBook based on those questions. Just focus on just one specific question or topic at a time.

»3. Write Chapter Outline

First, make a chapter outline before you start writing your ebook. A chapter outline with help to your ebook a quality ebook by minimizing your focus on one chapter at a time.

Once you’ve figured out the specific topic for your ebook that has a good amount of searches, write a chapter outline or more specifically make some point that provides valuable information about your main topic.

Instead of aiming to create a certain number of chapters for your ebook, include as many chapters as you can or need to fully cover the topic that you want to write about.

Think of each chapter as headings in a long blog post like you used to like your blog post on your blog. Under each heading or each chapter, the outline writes focused information that supports or addresses the topic of the whole ebook.

The more detailed your outline will be, the more structured the ebook writing process will be and your ebook will look good with that kind of structure.

Is writing not comfortable for you or you don't that much? Then don't worry—you can always outsource content that you can use on your ebook. You possibly can hire a professional writer to tackle each chapter of your ebooks.

»4. Must Include An Introduction and A Conclusion

Most of the publishers take their ebooks introduction and conclusion lightly, make sure you don't take that lightly. Sometimes people only read the introduction and the conclusion of ebooks or books in general.

It might seem strange or even frustrating for some people to write your introduction and conclusion of ebooks but those have their 9wn advantage.

The introduction creates an urge in people to read further after reading one chapter and another. And they started reading continue the eBook to have their questions answered.

»5. Give Your eBook A Proofread and edit

Don’t edit as you write one chapter. This will only slow your writing speed and consume a lot of your extra time when you finally finished your ebook. Instead, finish your whole ebook first and then focus on editing your whole eBook.

You may find the look of your ebook first but don’t worry. You can give your eBook a good look by doing small changes. That’s why revisions are necessary for any writing project and in the case of your ebook writing.

You’ll find that some sections or paragraphs of your ebook need to be rewritten, while others part of your ebook will only need a small touch of your fingers to fix the issue.

The most important thing that you need to remember and that is before you edit make sure you take a copy of your original draft of your ebook. Because while editing You’ll be moving one section to another, you may delete some paragraphs and rewriting some sentences.

Sometimes you may delete some of the paragraphs only to include that paragraph somewhere else. That's why it's best practice to keep a copy of your rough draft ebook. So you can go back to your copied eBook throughout your editing process.

 »6. Format and design

Once you the writing and editing of the body of your ebook then you're ready to go, it’s time to format and design your ebook to create an optimal reading experience for your customer who will buy your eBook.

How you format your book will depend on the file format you use for your ebook.

Most of this information that I am providing to you can be used for all kinds of ebook formats, but specifically, I am writing this has PDF ebooks in mind. Formatting for Kindle is a little bit different.

So make sure you read Amazon’s ebook resources guidelines, which they use to change their guideline. You can use this link to read the Amazon Kindle guide.

Now the format and design you should use... according to me......

Leave a lot of white space on the ebook writing page. Give your pages wide margins, large font size, and plenty of space between lines and paragraphs when you write your ebook.

Each of these components will give your customer clear visibility of your ebook without having to strain their eyes and make it easy for them to consume the content.

Now include a header and footer on that page. And don’t be afraid to put other helpful components of your ebook on the page like the title of the ebook, or a link to your website where they can go and verify authenticity.

Remember it will be good to create a table of contents for easy navigation, a copyright page, and an “About the Author” page on your ebook. The author page will tell your readers the name of the writer of this ebook and who you are and your profession.

While editing check pictures and graphics again and again. If you included pictures and graphics in your ebook and in my view that needed for a good quality eBook.

But make sure not to include any copyrighted images and graphics. Finally, check that you correctly positioned and proportioned all images and graphics on your ebook.

When formatting your ebook focus on the inside of your ebook primarily, and when you design your ebook focus on the outside of your ebook. It doesn't matter how you published your book. Your potential customers will see the book cover as a gateway to the content inside the cover.

If you published your ebook with an unprofessional cover design photo, it can cause you high and your potential customers may think your content unprofessional or not worth reading just because of the cover design.

Many people find designing a cover photo difficult and if you also find it difficult to design a good cover photo you can hire a professional for you to design that cover photo.
